Country music star Luke Combs is bringing his Category 10 brand – a restaurant and music venue – to The Entertainment Capital of the World and the Las Vegas Strip.
Combs and Opry Entertainment Group announced the newest restaurant and music venue will arrive at Flamingo Las Vegas in the autumn of 2026. Construction is already underway, according to a news release.
“I am stoked about having a second Category 10 location in Las Vegas,” Combs said. “2026 was already going to be an awesome year, but this takes it to the next level. I can’t wait for Bootleggers to have their own place to party on The Strip.”

The three-story location will feature Hurricane Hall, a main dining hall with three bars and a central stage and dance floor.
On the second floor, The Still will feature a view of the main stage and outdoor patio space. There will also be an extensive selection of bourbons selected by Combs himself.
The Eye Rooftop covers the third level with a DJ booth, dance floor, bar and Strip views. Combs joins fellow country stars Blake Shelton (Ole Red at Horseshoe) and Jason Aldean (Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar at 63 CityCenter), with restaurants and music venues on the Strip.
Combs announced this month his “My Kinda Saturday Night Tour” in North America and Europe that headlines Allegiant Stadium on March 21.
