The annual Pizza Expo conference and trade show transforms Las Vegas into the world’s pizza capital, but the public rarely gets a glimpse. There is a new twist this year: Each of the stations will be honoring a different Woman Who Made Pizza History in celebration of Women’s History Month.

All of the pizzaioli stationed together will be collaborating to make their own unique specialty pie that pays homage to a woman who altered the course of pizza history. One hundred percent of proceeds will be donated to Slice Out Hunger, a national pizza industry charity that helps with local hunger efforts in U.S. cities.

Tickets are $45 in advance and $50 at the door. Online sales close at 7 p.m. PT on Sunday, March 22, the night before Slice Out Hunger.

Slice Out Hunger is a volunteer-driven 501(c)3 nonprofit that produces pizza-themed events and campaigns to fight food insecurity. The organization has more than 700 Pizza Partners and has raised more than $2 million to fund hunger relief efforts since 2009.
