More: ‘Goodfellas’ Takes Center Stage as Mob Month Continues at The Beverly Theater

The Beverly Theater turns up the volume this fall as Foxtide brings its “Entropy Tour” with Jade Street to Downtown Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 19, now with local band Desert Island Boys (pictured in the main photo) joining the bill as opening act.

The concert is part of The Beverly Theater Is Live, bringing emerging artists and intimate live performances to the independent downtown venue known for its boundary-pushing mix of film, music, literature and cultural programming.

Born from garage jam sessions and Southern California’s DIY house-show scene, Foxtide is Elijah Gibbins-Croft, Oey James and Ian Robles. The trio began releasing music in 2019, with its second EP, “Visons” (2021), helping propel the band from hometown secret to emerging national act.

Known for the intensity and energy of its live performances, Foxtide has shared stages with The Backseat Lovers, Echo & The Bunnymen, Lime Cordiale, Sarah and the Sundays, Mustard Service and Beach Goons and has appeared at festivals including Shabang and Nothing Fest.

Adding a hometown connection to the evening, Las Vegas’ Desert Island Boys will open the show, bringing local music to The Beverly stage before Foxtide takes over for the night.
