As Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown continues to grow as a destination, Ichiza remains committed to being an active and engaged community partner.
Ichiza Restaurant, one of Las Vegas’ most beloved Japanese dining destinations, is celebrating with renewed energy, exciting menu offerings and improvements to the Spring Mountain Road corridor that enhance safety and accessibility in Chinatown.
Ichiza continues to spotlight its breakfast menu, a rare and authentic offering that brings traditional Japanese breakfast flavors to Las Vegas. Available at the original location, the breakfast menu has become a favorite among locals and visitors, distinguishing Ichiza as a dining experience rooted in authenticity and tradition.
Ichiza is also celebrating community infrastructure improvement outside its doors. A newly installed, fully lit pedestrian crosswalk on Spring Mountain Road now connects Ichiza’s business park directly to Shanghai Plaza, making it safer and more convenient for diners, employees and visitors to navigate the area.
“With more people coming to Chinatown over the years, this crosswalk was so needed,” said Ichiza General Manager Maho Sugai. “Being able to see it used every day now is such a good feeling. It makes our community safer and more welcoming, and it truly supports the small businesses that call this area home.”
As Spring Mountain Road continues to grow as a destination, Ichiza remains committed to being an active and engaged community partner supporting the area’s evolution and the guests who have supported the restaurant for decades.
Ichiza is also preparing to celebrate a milestone: its 25th anniversary. Opened in 2001, Ichiza has built a loyal following by offering Japanese dishes, a welcoming atmosphere and an authentic dining experience. Plans are underway to mark the anniversary to honor longtime customers, team members and the community.
