Every Friday and Saturday night throughout Oktoberfest, a celebrity guest will tap the keg to kick off the evening’s festivities at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas.
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is bringing Bavaria to the desert once again as it launches its 22nd annual Oktoberfest celebration featuring nearly two months of beer, brats and Bavarian fun. The festivities begin on Friday, Sept. 11, when Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom taps the first keg of the season at 7:30 p.m.
The celebration continues on Saturday, Sept. 12, with legendary MMA fighter and former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir taking up the mallet for the evening’s ceremonial keg tapping at the same place at the same time.
An annual celebration in Munich, Germany, since the 19th century, Oktoberfest is the world’s biggest beer party, and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas plans to host its boisterous 22nd annual celebration from Sept. 11-Oct. 31., offering guests one of the most authentic Oktoberfest experiences in the city.
