The celebration included a ribbon-cutting, F&B samples (small, yet filling) and an entree and beverage of choice from the two for $20 menu.
Congratulations to Hash House a Go Go at 6800 W. Sahara Ave. west of the Las Vegas Strip on celebrating 20 years of serving ginormous portions of ultimate comfort food, aka farm food at Hash House, and breakfast with a twist.
Early Saturday afternoon on Sept. 6 with my brother Charles Chareunsy at Hash House (I love the new happy and bright yellow paint!): a ribbon-cutting, F&B samples (small, yet filling) and an entree and beverage of choice from the two for $20 menu (one entree and one drink) celebrating the 20th anniversary and more.
Great conversation with our table mates Al Mancini of Neon Feast and the podcast “Food & Loathing Las Vegas” and Andrew Morgan of Happy Hours Las Vegas.
Our orders that filled the entire table space: the pub crawl sandwich, chicken pot pie, pork tenderloin sandwich, pork tenderloin Benedict, spiked kiwi watermelon lemonade and iced pistachio. Yes, there were a lot of leftovers. A lot.

Also at the Hash House Saturday afternoon celebration: Jeff Klein of Atomic City PR, Celina Tuason, Alex Wong + Jayro Cisneros, Rei Bollozos + Ryan Slattery, Debbie Hall and many more.
I’ve dined at this Hash House, one in San Diego and outlets – some still open, some now closed – on Stephanie in Henderson, M Resort, The Plaza in Downtown Las Vegas, The Linq Hotel and The Rio.
Here’s to 20 more years, Hash House a Go Go! Photos by Charles Chareunsy.
