Gretsch Golf Academy, a state-of-the-art indoor golf training facility in Las Vegas, commemorated its official grand opening Thursday, Feb. 26, with a ribbon-cutting and celebratory event. It kicked off with remarks from Tilly Gretsch, founder and head of instruction, PGA, who spoke of the vision behind GGA and experience she received from legendary golf instructor Butch Harmon, who was in attendance.

“Gretsch Golf Academy was founded to give golfers a dedicated space to train, practice and play year-round using state-of-the-art simulator technology,” said Gretsch. “We’re excited to celebrate the grand opening of our new facility and welcome golfers of all skill levels into an inclusive, high-energy environment where expert instruction and quality practice are both accessible and fun.

“I’m especially grateful to Butch Harmon for his mentorship and training, which helped shape my approach to teaching and player development.” Guests had the opportunity to explore the facility, at 8580 Dean Martin Drive between Silverton Casino Lodge and South Point and down the street from Pickleball Universe, and experience the golf simulator bays while enjoying food and beverages from Twisted Catering.

Harmon offered insight into the academy’s impact on the local golf community and the future of player development in Las Vegas. GGA combines pro coaching with modern golf technology to create a comprehensive indoor golf experience. The facility features 13 simulator bays, a short-game area for putting, chipping and real-sand bunker practice, private instruction and custom club fitting.

GGA’s simulator bays allow players to practice on virtual driving ranges or play full rounds on world-renowned courses while swing and ball-flight data provide feedback. GGA, open since November, also offers golf leagues, private lessons, junior programs, memberships, individual bookings and private bays for corporate outings, team-building events and group sessions.

The 16,000-square-foot GGA led by Gretsch delivers a modern approach to golf coaching built on fundamentals, structured progression and long-term skill development. For more information and to book a session, visit GretschGolf.com and follow Gretsch Golf Academy on InstagramTikTok and  Facebook.
