Fremont Street Experience, the Downtown Las Vegas entertainment destination, will celebrate its 30th anniversary in December. Commemorating three decades since the unveiling of the pedestrian mall and The Canopy, the milestone honors Fremont Street Experience as the original immersive entertainment destination that played an integral role in defining modern Las Vegas.

Since its debut in 1995, FSE has continually evolved, beginning with The Canopy and expanding to include thrilling attractions including the SlotZilla Zipline, Circa Resort & Casino and free live entertainment. The anniversary theme “An Iconic Vegas Original” celebrates this milestone by highlighting Fremont Street Experience’s rich legacy while embracing the future.

Throughout the month of December, visitors can enjoy special events and exclusive offers that celebrate Fremont Street Experience’s anniversary and the holiday season.

Fremont Street Experience December Events

Downtown Hoedown

Date: Wednesday, Dec. 3

Time: 4 p.m.

Fremont Street Experience will transform into a country music lovers’ paradise with its annual Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Official Kickoff Party, Downtown Hoedown, which will feature free live concerts from Midland, Corey Kent, Josh Ross, Mackenzie Carpenter and more.

Guinness Pop-Up

Date: Friday, Dec. 5 – Saturday, Dec. 6

Time: 12-8 p.m.

Celebrate the season at this cheerful holiday pop-up, where guests can enjoy complimentary samples of Guinness beer. The experience also features a gift shop, gift-wrapping services and photo opportunities to capture the holiday magic. 

Official Anniversary Celebration

Date: Sunday, Dec. 14

Time: 4 p.m. start time

On Sunday, Dec. 14, Fremont Street Experience will commemorate the official 30th anniversary with an evening of activities. The night will kick off with a Menorah Lighting at sundown and move into a special evening where visitors can hear from elected officials and business owners responsible for bringing The Canopy to life in 1995.

As part of the celebration, FSE will premiere new shows on The Canopy designed to attract and engage guests in new ways. The evening will conclude with an annual Christmas Tree lighting in partnership with KTNV and led by City of Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley. Afterwards, guests can enjoy the grand opening of Neon Nights Holiday Lights, FSE’s first holiday village.

Neon Nights Holiday Lights Village in Partnership With First Friday

Dates: Sunday, Dec. 14 – Friday, Dec. 19

Time: 6-9 p.m.

This year, FSE is debuting Neon Nights Holiday Lights in partnership with First Friday and KTNV. The experience will feature meet-and-greet photo opportunities with Santa, local pop-up retailers and samplings by outlets from the surrounding casino and hotel properties, all amid festive lights and décor.

Additionally, there will be a charity giveback station accepting canned food donations. Neon Nights Holiday Lights is free and open to guests of all ages.

Las Vegas Bowl Pep Rally

Date: Tuesday, Dec. 30

Time: 5 p.m.

Fremont Street Experience will once again host the Las Vegas Bowl Pep Rally featuring the bands, cheerleaders, mascots and more from each team.

Countdown Under The Canopy New Year’s Eve Celebration

Date: Wednesday, Dec. 31

Time: 7 p.m.

Revelers are invited to toast to 2026 with Fremont Street Experience’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Countdown Under The Canopy, featuring performances from Robin Thicke, CeeLo Green, Common Kings, Chingy, Pertinence and Sammy Johnson.Partygoers can purchase tickets online for $60. Prices will increase to $65 starting Saturday, Dec. 27.

Throughout December, participating properties on Fremont Street will offer guests a cocktail curated by the properties themselves. Each cocktail will be available at select locations:
