National Cat Day is Thursday, Oct. 29, and Founders Coffee and Barn Buddies at The Las Vegas Farm are teaming up in a special way to spread the word and support dozens of the furry felines.

Each month, Founders Coffee creates a specialty Giving Drink in honor of a different animal at The Farm. The October Giving Drink is Purrrfectly Corny made with popcorn syrup and topped with pumpkin cold foam.

This drink is available as either an iced espresso or matcha latte. Founders Coffee has two locations, one on Durango and Sunset in Southwest Las Vegas and the other on St. Rose Parkway and Amigo in Henderson.

More cats than can be counted call The Las Vegas Farm home. For those who have visited, they know how important these cuddly cats are. They greet guests on the way in and send sweet squeaks on the way out.

Caring for them is a little different than other animals on the farm because they free range the property. Donations can be made directly to The Farm and through the Founders Coffee Giving Drink Program.

Barn Buddies is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to the rescue of abused, neglected or abandoned farm animals. They provide housing, rehabilitation and holistic care for abused farm animals. Barn Buddies also offers educational services that promote safe habitats and care for farm animals in the Las Vegas Valley.
