Fore Property will celebrate the official groundbreaking of Jewel, a new luxury, multifamily and mixed-use community coming to Chinatown in Las Vegas. The event at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22, will feature remarks, followed by a ceremonial shovel turn, to mark the start of construction.

Once complete, Jewel will offer modern apartment residences, resort-inspired amenities and 26,000 square feet of retail designed to meet the Las Vegas Valley’s growing housing demand while contributing to the region’s continued economic development.

Fore Property managing member Jonathan Fore and District F Clark County Commissioner Justin Jones are scheduled to attend alongside executives and project partners, with renderings and project details available at the event. Jewel is located at 3588 S. Valley View Blvd.
