Fogo de Chão, the restaurant known for its churrasco dining, invites guests to a Daou Wine Dinner on Thursday, Aug. 13, at 7 p.m. at its new location in The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip.
Priced at $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity, the one-night-only event features a chef-curated, four-course dinner paired with premium wines from Daou Vineyards. Guests will enjoy a menu highlighting seafood, churrasco cuts and Wagyu complemented by Daou’s portfolio.
The wines include Rosé, Optimist Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon presented by Daou Vineyards brand ambassador and representative Jessica Olmstead. The menu:
First Course: Jumbo shrimp gazpacho and mango kale salad with lime vinaigrette paired with Daou Rosé
Second Course: Blistered branzino with fried yucca and papaya bites topped with olive oil vinaigrette paired with Optimist Sauvignon Blanc
Third Course: Fraldinha and picanha accompanied by caramelized bananas and crispy polenta paired with Daou Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course: Wagyu New York Strip with potatoes au gratin paired with Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
