Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar Welcomes Back A Christmas Parlor on Nov. 26 at Mandalay Bay

Master Mixologist and Carver Road Hospitality Vice President of Beverage and Hospitality Culture Francesco Lafranconi will serve playful cocktails.

The holidays are back and brighter than ever at Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar, where guests can once again experience the nostalgic magic of A Christmas Parlor, returning for its second year at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino with even more dazzle and seasonal flair.

Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 26, in addition to viewing live-action sports, the award-winning dining destination will transform into a cozy winter wonderland filled with twinkling lights and festive décor, complete with a special menu of small plates and libations designed to celebrate the most wonderful season of all.

The menu will feature holiday-inspired shareable bites, including jumbo holiday wings with cranberry chili glaze; spicy pigs in a blanket with honey mustard; and more. End the night with tableside s’mores with toast-your-own marshmallows and all the fixings; Santa’s plate of cookies with milk or spiked eggnog; and the eggnog milkshake topped with peppermint bark and cinnamon whipped cream.

To toast the season, Master Mixologist and Carver Road Hospitality Vice President of Beverage and Hospitality Culture Francesco Lafranconi will serve playful cocktails inspired by holiday classic films including “The Grinch,” “Home Alone,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” and “Die Hard.”

Prepare to delight the palate with the comforting flavors of the season including pumpkin, ginger, spiced apple and pear. Each cocktail and zero-proof drink is garnished and served in festive, themed glassware and mugs that bring an extra dose of holiday spirit.

Reflecting on the success of 2024’s inaugural holiday theme, CEO of Carver Road Hospitality Sean Christie said, “After the overwhelming response last year, we knew A Christmas Parlor had to return, and this time, it’s bigger, better and merrier than ever.”

In the spirit of giving, Carver Road Hospitality is encouraging guests to bring new, unwrapped toys or gift cards to benefit the 25th annual “Fill the Fire Truck Toy Drive” program presented by the Clark County Fire Department and Southern Nevada Burn Foundation.

All toys and gift cards will be distributed to more than 40 organizations in Southern Nevada, including The Boys & Girls Clubs, The Salvation Army and local schools and churches. A Christmas Parlor will accept donations beginning Nov. 26.

A Christmas Parlor will be open daily beginning at 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 5 p.m. Sundays and will run from Nov. 26 until early January. Reservations are recommended and can be made online at FlankerLV.com. For the enjoyment of all guests, please note that tables are reserved for 90 minutes.
