Durango’s Phase II south expansion debuted featuring more than 25,000 square feet of new casino space, including a new high-limit slot room and bar.
Durango Casino & Resort has begun construction on the third phase of its expansion on the north side of the property, marking the next major milestone in the destination’s long-term master plan in Southwest Las Vegas | South Summerlin.
The expansion will include 275,000 additional square feet to the podium adding a lively mix of new gaming, dining, entertainment and recreational amenities designed to further enhance the guest experience in Southwest Las Vegas.

The next phase of development will introduce an expanded casino floor with 400 additional slot machines, a 36-lane state-of-the-art bowling facility, luxury movie theaters and new restaurant concepts, food hall outlets and entertainment venues.
Construction is underway and expected to take 18 months to complete with a cost of $385 million. All existing resort amenities will remain open during construction. More details about the project will be announced in the coming months.
