One of the world’s most celebrated bartenders, Scotty Schuder of Paris’ legendary Dirty Dick tiki bar, is bringing his globally acclaimed cocktails to Petite Boheme for a one-night-only takeover starting at 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2.
Known for his inventive drinks, bold flavors and irreverent style, Schuder will transform the new Downtown Las Vegas bar in The Arts District into a playground of tropical escapism.
Dirty Dick has earned global acclaim as one of the most influential modern tiki bars, redefining the genre with inventive drinks, vibrant energy and a cult following of cocktail enthusiasts. Schuder’s takeover brings the artistry of Parisian cocktails directly to Downtown Las Vegas.

The collaboration is rooted in a personal history between Schuder and Petite Bohème’s Bar Manager Jonah Gibbs. Years ago, when Gibbs was just starting his career at James Trees’ Esther’s Kitchen, he served Schuder by chance during a lunch shift at Esther’s original location.
“It wasn’t some industry handshake – it was a genuine, chance encounter over lunch,” Gibbs said. “Only when he was leaving did he casually mention owning a bar in Paris. When I finally visited Dirty Dick last year, it lived up to the legend. We’ve been chasing the right moment to collaborate ever since.”
That collaboration has finally arrived – and promises to be one of the most anticipated cocktail events of the year in Las Vegas.
Takeover Cocktail Menu | Offered at $12 each
- Miami Vice Negroni | Citadelle coconut fat wash, Campari strawberry infusion, Cochi pineapple infusion, served over a large clear ice cube with orange slices and dehydrated coconut.
- Bobonnet Fizz | Salted butter cognac, Sauterne, grape and honey, lemon, topped with French pear or apple cider, finished with dehydrated lemon, grape, mint and powdered sugar.
- Lost Vegas 75 | Citadelle gin, hibiscus-kaffir-passion blend, lemon, topped with Blanc de Blancs Champagne and lemon zest.
- Monchito Daiquiri | Three Star coconut fat wash, pineapple, simple syrup, lime, garnished with orchid.
- Le Plaisir de Scotty (aka Scotty’s Pleasure, pictured) | O.F.T.D. rum, rhum agricole, apricot and sour cherry.
No reservation needed, but spots are first-come, first-served.
