Comedian Felipe Esparza joins the 2026 Aces of Comedy lineup, bringing back his signature wit and humor to David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand on Friday, Sept. 11, and Saturday, Sept. 12. Tickets start at $45, not including taxes and fees.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 6, at 10 a.m. PT at any MGM Resorts box office, MGMGrand.com and Ticketmaster.com and any MGM Resorts box office. Members of MGM Rewards have access to a pre-sale Thursday, March 5, from 10 a.m. PT to 10 p.m. PT.

Guests must be age 16 or older to attend, and those younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Aces of Comedy series is known for its roster of comedians showcasing standup legends and rising stars.

Guests can look forward to laugh-out-loud moments and sharp wit from each comedian. The range of talent Aces of Comedy offers continues to reinforce MGM Grand’s position as a premier Las Vegas comedy destination.

Esparza is a Mexican-American comedian, actor and podcaster known for his irreverent, working class, “everyman” style of standup, his laid-back attitude and his familiar phrase, “What’s up fool?”

Despite his self-proclaimed laziness, in the last 30 years, Esparza has been busy creating five standup specials for Netflix and HBO (including one in Spanish), hosting three podcasts, winning NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” in 2010 and having roles on “The Eric Andrew Show,” “Superstore” and “Victor and Valentino.”

His film resume includes “Blue Beetle” with George Lopez, “You People” with Eddie Murphy and Jonah Hill, “Guest House” with Pauly Shore and “7th & Union” with Omar Chaparro. Esparza is on the last leg of his “At My Leisure” world tour, which wraps in 2026.
