BOA Steakhouse is celebrating its opening at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas with an exclusive offer for locals. From Friday, Oct. 17, through Thursday, Oct. 23, Las Vegas residents can enjoy 50% off their entire bill as a thank you for welcoming BOA to the neighborhood.
The menu includes dishes such as the tableside Caesar salad ($34), caviar cones ($39), goat cheese baklava ($22) and wagyu cigars ($28), as well as an exclusive lineup of Las Vegas-only dishes and experiences, including:
- Crispy Maine lobster ($145) topped with Royal Kaluga caviar and crème fraîche
- BOA private label caviar flight ($315)

- Smoke Show ($21) with Knob Creek rye, grade A maple syrup, orange and Angostura bitters and smoked tableside with applewood smoke
- BOA 405 ($19) with Aspen vodka, fresh strawberry, lemon, balsamic vinegar and black pepper
- Espresso Martini “Bandero Style” ($21) poured tableside in a French press with Bandero cafe, Bandero blanco tequila and fresh brewed espresso
The beverage menu also includes a selection of zero-proof cocktails and mocktails, including:
- Margarita ($17), “Smokin’ Yuzu” or classic, with Ritual zero-proof tequila
- Paper Crane ($17) with Ritual zero-proof gin, blueberry rosemary shrub, yuzu and ginger
- Coco Loco ($15) with coconut water, lime, pineapple and Liquid Alchemist coconut

The Las Vegas location boasts an airy indoor patio framed by light oak wood and lush greenery, leading into an interior of warm walnut paneling, soft felt ceilings and plush booth seating. At the heart of it all, a striking red-lit bar sets the mood and anchors the space with a vibrant glow.
