From now through July 31, Zuma Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip is introducing a new seasonal cocktail collection that also includes the Zuma outposts in New York, Miami and Boston.
The trio of cocktails brings bold flavors and the energy of long summer nights. The lineup is the Salted Plum Margarita, Choto-Mato Sour and Coconut Negroni, each highlighting Zuma’s signature creativity and strong approach.
The limited menu arrives alongside the upcoming summer openings of Zuma Vail in Colorado and Zuma San Diego in Southern California, with information to be announced soon.

Casamigos blanco, ume boshi, ume shu, lime + salt foam - Choto-Mato Sour ($20)
Don Julio Blanco, cherry tomato, raspberries, shiso, apple + mirin - Coconut Negroni ($22)
Coconut infused Zacapa 23, Campari, Zuma vermouth blend + coconut mochi
