Building on the momentum of Bar Boheme’s à la carte and tasting menu dinner service, as well as its recently launched brunch service and bakery pop-ups, Trees has also revealed that Bar Boheme will plan to continue a series of wine dinners throughout the end of the year, with details to follow.
“Bar Boheme is in an exciting phase right now as we continue to evolve our offerings and explore ways for Las Vegas to experience upscale French cuisine. Chef Tyler was our first choice for this event, as he’s an exquisite chef, and it’s a fun opportunity to reunite him and Chef Sean from their French Laundry days,” says Trees.
Vorce shares his excitement about the collaboration: “We’re really looking forward to teaming up with Chef James and the Boheme team. Chef Sean and I met at culinary school when I was 18. We worked together at The French Laundry, and those culinary foundations and that friendship have stayed with us both.
“Chef James has done something genuinely special with Bar Boheme. The opportunity to create this menu, in this space, with these chefs, is really exciting.” Vorce, whose Lilli had a run at Durango Social Club, is set to open Lilli in Chinatown Las Vegas in the coming months.
Bar Boheme’s seven-course menu offering is priced at $175 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. Reservations are required. Book a table at Bar Boheme here.
