The full food and cocktail menu is now available from 12 p.m.-2 a.m. daily welcoming guests to discover The Golden Tiki’s newest food and cocktail creations.

The Golden Tiki, Las Vegas’ world-famous tiki bar in Chinatown Las Vegas, has announced the official launch of its new food and cocktail menu, the most dramatic menu update since its grand opening in 2015.

On the cocktail front, The Golden Tiki team has kicked things up a notch:

  • The return of a proper 1956 Zombie
  • The smoky spell work of This Is My Boomstick
  • A heartbreakingly bitter beauty A Negroni Ate My Pet Lizard
  • A take on the Spruce Gooser
  • The Polynesian Bride, sure to make guests fall head over heels

Known for delicious appetizers and smaller plates to accompany the tiki bar beverage menu, the new menu includes items:

  • Smoked ribs in hoisin lime sauce, aka Char Sui Ribs
  • Flash-fried hot dog on King’s Hawaiian buns titled “The Jersey Ripper” (the main photo)
  • Marinated kimchi, curried cashews and more.

The full food and cocktail menu is now available from 12 p.m.-2 a.m. daily welcoming guests to discover The Golden Tiki’s newest food and cocktail creations at any time day or night.
