NADC Burger to Open in Downtown Las Vegas Post-Resorts World Pop-Up

NADC Burger to Open in Downtown Las Vegas Post-Resorts World Pop-Up

NADC Burger will also offer a full bar with beer, wine and cocktails, as well as NADC’s signature house-made brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

NADC (Not a Damn Chance) Burger, the viral Wagyu burger concept from professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurants Group (including the Michelin-starred Pasta|Bar), will open its first permanent Las Vegas location in Downtown Las Vegas, bringing the concept to a dozen locations nationwide.

Following overwhelming demand from its three-month pop-up at Resorts World Las Vegas last summer, NADC Burger will open in mid-April at 124 S. Sixth St., Suite 150.

“After the pop-up, it was clear – Las Vegas showed up for us in a big way,” said Williams, co-founder of NADC Burger. “The energy, the support, the people – it felt like we had something special here. So we’re bringing it back, this time permanently, with our new flagship Downtown.”

Located steps away from Fremont East District, the new NADC Burger space will follow its proven fast-casual model serving a streamlined two-item menu built for repeat cravings: the brand’s 100% Wagyu burger and beef tallow fries. The space will mirror NADC’s signature look, with skate memorabilia and work from local artists lining the walls, while ’90s skate videos play in the restaurant.

At the center of the menu is the flagship NADC Burger. Instead of smashing the beef thin on the grill, it starts with two three-ounce patties of 100% Wagyu beef made from a rich 70/30 blend, seasoned and topped with chopped raw onions that steam directly into the meat as it cooks, creating a crisp sear on one side and a softer, juicier bite on the other.

The burger is finished with New School Cheese – a chef-driven take on classic American cheese designed for maximum melt and flavor – then briefly rested steak-style for maximum tenderness.

It is served on a toasted Martin’s potato roll with house-made secret sauce, pickles and four “tamed” jalapeños, delivering jalapeño flavor without the heat and ensuring that every bite has the perfect ratio. Guests can pair it with beef tallow fries or upgrade to Beast Mode fries loaded with cheese, pickles, jalapeños and special sauce.

Rounding out the experience, NADC Burger will offer a full bar with beer, wine and cocktails, as well as NADC’s signature house-made brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

My brother Charles Chareunsy and I stopped by the NADC Burger pop-up last July at Resorts World and really enjoyed the burgers and oh-so-popular beef tallow fries. We appreciated the delicious and messy (in a good way!) burgers, the flavorful fries and the simplicity of the menu (who needs to scan dozens of items and ingredients). And we knew NADC Burger would be popular with late-nighters.

Named by Food & Wine as one of the top burger spots in the U.S. for regional flavors, NADC Burger has built a cult following nationwide with locations in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Denver, Dallas and Los Angeles, among other markets. The concept was born from an unlikely friendship between Williams and Lee, sparked by a shared love of skateboarding and cooking.

What began in 2021 as skate sessions and backyard burgers for friends and family grew into something bigger, with the duo popping up at skate parks and comedy shows handing out free burgers while refining the recipe for nearly a year before opening the first location in 2022.

Nearly four years and several locations later, NADC Burger has attracted a devoted fan base, including celebrity fans such as David Beckham, Jelly Roll and DJ Zedd, and continues to live up to the hype with its nostalgia-forward Wagyu cheeseburger and fries that keep people coming back – and talking.

“From the very beginning, Neen and I set out to make a damn good cheeseburger and have fun while we do it,” said Lee, co-founder of NADC Burger and chef-owner of Scratch Restaurants Group. “NADC is about doing something simple, but doing it right every single time, with the same level of focus and discipline you’d find in any of my kitchens.

“The response in Las Vegas made it clear this wasn’t just meant to be a pop-up – it was something people wanted to come back to. Opening Downtown felt like the natural next step – it’s where locals actually go to eat, hang out and be part of the city.”

NADC Burger Las Vegas will be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to midnight and joins a growing lineup of locations nationwide, including Austin, Chicago, New York City, Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles and other cities, each driven by the simple mission to make the perfect double cheeseburger.
