Gaetano’s Ristorante in Henderson is celebrating its partnership with Partanna, an Italian family-owned olive oil producer, with an event starring the buttery flavor and light, peppery finish of its extra virgin olive oil produced in Partanna, Sicily.
Hosted by Gaetano’s owner Nick Palmeri and fifth-generation family farm members Nino and Giuseppe Asaro, the ticketed event will feature dishes highlighting the olive oil along with curated food and wine pairings.

Welcome Cocktail: A’Siciliana Blood Orange Soda Spritz
First Course: Arugula con Sicilia
Blood oranges, fennel, Castelvetrano olives, citrus Primo Verde EVOO. Served with Planeta Chardonnay, Sicily.
Second Course: Branzino Crudo
Toasted pine nuts, Primo Verde EVOO

Third Course: Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino
