Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will raise a glass to National Wine Day with half-priced bottles of wine and specialty dishes with suggested pairings from JUSTIN Winery, available on Thursday, May 25 and Friday, May 26.
From 4 to 10 p.m. on both days, Bottiglia will say “cheers!” to National Wine Day by offering half-off all bottles from its expansive wine selection, which features sparkling wines to rosé and pinots to merlot from around the world including Italy, France, Germany, New Zealand and more.
To complement their bottle of wine, guests can indulge in specialty dishes created by Executive Chef Alessandro Capuano for the holiday, such as the bruschetta trio featuring cherry tomatoes, cannellini beans, onions, truffle ricotta and garlic basil olive oil, priced at $22; braised short ribs accompanied by truffle mashed potatoes, cippolini onions and a wild mushroom ragout, brought together with a red wine jus, priced at $56 with a suggested wine pairing of JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon; and rigatoni amatriciana prepared with San Marzano tomato sauce, guanciale and topped with pecorino Romano cheese, priced at $35 with a suggested wine pairing of JUSTIN Isosceles.
Bottiglia’s regular dinner menu will also be available, which highlights sophisticated rustic Italian fare, including favorites like lobster ravioli, Chilean sea bass, mushroom truffle tagliatelle and many more.
