I attended the first Rise Festival in 2014(!), which did not include top global DJs, food and beverage vendors, art, VIP experiences and on-site parking – and was a disaster at Jean Dry Lake Bed, even though the overarching good vibes were still intact.
I attended with my PR bestie Tom Dietz, and I wrote about it for the Las Vegas Sun when I was Robin Leach and John Katsilometes’ editor and was interviewed by the local NPR.
I haven’t returned since, but it’s not due to lack of interest. I look forward to returning on Sunday.
