Set to open next year, SoulBelly BBQ will bring its bold and flavorful barbecue to the shopping destination with a quick-service-style menu.

Guests can enjoy sandwiches with slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, sausage and other meats, as well as lighter fare, including rice bowls and salads, chef-driven sides and shareables including crispy Brussels sprouts, crispy mac and cheese bites, Texas ranch beans and more.

Helmed by award-winning Celebrity Chef Bruce Kalman, SoulBelly BBQ’s commitment to quality ingredients and slow smoking over real wood ensures a food court experience that will live up to the original Downtown Las Vegas restaurant’s stellar reputation.
