Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is bringing Bavaria to the desert once again with the return of its popular Oktoberfest celebration Friday, Sept. 5, through Saturday, Nov. 1 – and this year marks 21 years of beer, brats and Bavarian fun.
The celebration starts Friday, Sept. 5, with Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom tapping the first keg. The party continues every Friday and Saturday evening with a rotating cast of local legends, performers and celebrities wielding the mallet.

It’s not Oktoberfest without Oktoberfestbier, and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the only place in town where you can drink the same brew served in Munich. This full-bodied, 6.3% ABV lager is imported from Germany, and the Las Vegas location pours more than 22,500 liters a month during the festival.
Daily rotating food specials and festive favorites include:
Monday: Biergulasch – Tender beef braised in goulash spices and HB dark beer
Tuesday: Münchner Spezialitätenplatte – Mini Weisswurst (grilled beer-marinated pork sausage) and Debreziner (oven roasted pork) served with Bavarian cabbage, potato cucumber salad and a freshly baked pretzel
Wednesday: Oktoberfest Schlachteplatte – A Butcher Platter with choice of blood sausage ring or liver sausage ring, 1 lbs. each. Served with homemade mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and red cabbage
Thursday: HB Räucherplatte – A variety of smoked Bavarian meats and sausages
Friday: HB Oktoberfest Rouladen – Braised beef roll with bacon, onions and pickles and Schweinshaxe (crispy pork shank).
Saturday: Schweinshaxe
Sunday: Oktoberfest Schmankerl Tower – A variety of Bavarian meat and/or poultry specialties on a three-tiered tower
The soup of the day will be the restaurant’s savory homemade Gulaschsuppe (goulash soup) every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during Oktoberfest.
