Hand-crafted burgers and local pilsner available the first week of February
Brothers Michael Morton and David Morton’s ONE Steakhouse at the exhilarating Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will recognize the upcoming all-star weekend in Las Vegas with a burger and beer combination worthy of its own spot on the roster. Priced at $35, the ultimate sports combo will be available exclusively from Monday, Jan. 31 through Sunday, Feb. 6.
Prepared by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, the ONE Steak Burger is a juicy hand-crafted brisket blend topped with hand-cut Applewood smoked bacon and creamy butterkäse cheese, served with ONE Steakhouse’s hand-cut fries and house-made ketchup. As part of the all-star combination, the burger will be paired with Excited State Pilsner from local Las Vegas brewery, Able Baker Brewing Company, the ideal beer for the burger due to its toasted malt flavor.
ONE Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available, including current seasonal dishes. Executive Chef Patrick Munster brings his talents to preparing steaks to perfection at ONE Steakhouse, where favorites include mouthwatering Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; ricotta gnocchi made with parmesan Reggiano and creamy peppercorn; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper purée and jalapeño. Additionally, Munster’s signature “Tomahawk Feast” is a dry-aged, 16-lb USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside for 10-12 people.
