ONE Steakhouse, brothers Michael Morton and David Morton’s stylish steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will host a dynamic new lineup of performers throughout April for its weekly “Thursdays Live” music series, as well as enticing weekly menu specials.
The stylish steakhouse and lounge extend a gracious welcome to all patrons with a complimentary handcrafted cocktail served from its custom-made beverage cart.
A sampling of the featured cocktails includes the “ONE and Buzzed” crafted with D’usse VSOP Cognac, Luxardo Maraschino cherry liqueur, fresh cactus pear and pomegranate juice, served in a glass garnished with Electricdust™, a natural alkaloid from the Buzz Button flower that enhances the drink’s flavors.
ONE’s new live music series, “Thursdays Live,” will continue in the lounge every Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The full lineup of artists for April is as follows:
- Thursday, April 4: Serena Isabelli, a distinctive voice who performs a blend of pop, rock, hip hop and Motown covers along with captivating originals.
- Thursday, April 11: Sayaka Alessandroni, a Los Angeles-based singer, and songwriter who allows her vulnerability to shine with her honest lyrics and distinct arrangements.
- Thursday, April 18: Lexi Cole, a Los Angeles-based singer, and songwriter who performs original pop and R&B songs.
- Thursday, April 25: Ellen Radford, a dynamic performer who delivers an enchanting experience of classic and modern Pop and Top 40 hits.
Executive Chef William DeMarco’s new menu specials, changing weekly, include:
- Thursday, April 4 – Saturday, April 6: Shrimp fra diavolo with jumbo prawns, Calabrian chilies and tagliolini pasta, priced at $42.
- Thursday, April 11 – Saturday, April 13: Veal scaloppini with roasted garlic, spinach, lemon and capers, priced at $49.
- Thursday, April 18 – Saturday, April 20: Parmesan-crusted halibut with farro, fava beans and baby heirloom carrots, priced at $46.
- Thursday, April 25 – Saturday, April 27: Lamb sirloin with smashed fingerling potatoes and pomegranate chimichurri, priced at $69.
ONE Steakhouse serves an impressive selection of steaks, including Japanese Satsuma wagyu, and reimagined surf and turf selections. Other signature delights include crispy tiger shrimp with cherry pepper aioli and chili cilantro sauce; baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach and currant jus; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.
Located just off the casino floor, ONE welcomes passersby with a sexy lounge presented under the canopy of a beautiful 3,000-light LED chandelier. Upstairs, guests will find a striking atrium lounge with expansive windows that open up to the outdoors.
