The 2023 Raiderettes Auditions will be held in person on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Allegiant Stadium. All semi-finalists will be announced the same day.
Finals will be a weeklong process starting May 13 and will conclude on May 20. Auditions include an evaluation of dance ability, public speaking and overall presentation. Be prepared to share your enthusiasm and display your personality.
Since their formation in 1961, the Raiderettes have graced the sidelines during Raiders home games and continue to be heavily involved in community outreach and maintain a presence at civic and corporate activities.

The Raiders have played in three different cities throughout their history:
Oakland, California (1960-1981, 1995-2019) – The Raiders were originally based in Oakland, where they played from their inception in 1960 until 1981. They returned to Oakland in 1995 after a 13-year stint in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles, California (1982-1994) – The Raiders moved to Los Angeles in 1982, where they played for 13 seasons. During this time, they won one Super Bowl championship (in 1984) and made two other appearances in the AFC Championship game.
Las Vegas, Nevada (2020-present) – The Raiders moved to Las Vegas in 2020 and began playing their home games at Allegiant Stadium.
The Raiders have won three Super Bowl championships (in 1976, 1980, and 1983) and four conference championships. The team is known for its iconic silver and black color scheme and the passionate support of its fans, known as the “Raider Nation.”
