Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Menus and Specials

Redwood Steakhouse is offering a flavorful holiday dinner special on Monday, December 25 for $90 per person. To start, restaurantgoers will be served a creamy lobster bisque with puff pastry and Cajun butter crabmeat. The entrée includes a hickory smoked bone-in prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, roasted root vegetables and scalloped potatoes followed by a luscious mango strawberry cheesecake with gingersnap crust for dessert.

For $68 per person, Carve Prime Rib will serve a special three-course holiday meal on Sunday, December 24 and Monday, December 25. Diners can start the meal with a choice of a festive holiday salad or a butternut squash bisque soup. For the main entree, guests have a choice between the 16-ounce prime rib with shrimp scampi, served with whipped potatoes and asparagus; osso buco, consisting of a veal shank slow-braised in red wine and Italian herbs, and mushroom risotto; or the New York strip steak and lobster. Rounding out the meal is a warm molten chocolate cake served with vanilla bean ice cream, raspberry sauce and creamy Chantilly whipped cream.

On Sunday, December 24 and Monday, December 25, Victory’s Café will be serving decadent specials. Restaurant goers can choose between the holiday dinner salad or loaded potato soup. Entrée options include a grilled New York steak and shrimp for $29.99 or the brown sugar-baked ham for $21.99, both served with butter-whipped potatoes, vegetable medley and holiday bread. For dessert, a warm chocolate peppermint cake roll will be served.

Cornerstone inside the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino is offering several selections for guests to create their perfect holiday meal on Monday, December 25. Diners can choose between crab bisque soup, house salad or Caesar salad. A main entrée option includes the traditional roast tom turkey dinner for $45 served with sage dressing, candied yams, giblet gravy, green beans and house-made cranberry sauce. Another main option is the beef Wellington served with a port wine demi-glace for $60. Topping off the meal is a rich marble cheesecake with seasonal fruit compote and fresh whipped cream. For $89 per person, Alder & Birch will offer a specialty three-course holiday meal on Monday, December 25. For starters, guests can choose between crab cakes or a winter salad. The main entrée includes a beef wellington topped with mushroom duxelles and prosciutto, and is served with red wine sauce, potato puree and glazed vegetables. A Christmas Yule log with caramel and raspberry sauces will be served for dessert. Adults 21-and-over looking for a holiday imbibe can enjoy the gingerbread martini topped with ginger cookie crumble for $16. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Revel in holiday fare at Bailiwick on Monday, December 25 for $62 per person. The special consists of a choice of butternut squash soup or a wedge salad to start, followed by a filet Oscar style served with lump crab, asparagus, potato au gratin and creamy bearnaise sauce. A warm apple strudel with vanilla gelato and whiskey vanilla sauce will close out the meal on a sweet note.

Each dinner is served with scalloped potatoes and vegetables, and a fresh winter salad. A slice of pumpkin pie will conclude the meal. Space is extremely limited, and reservations are highly recommended.

On Monday, December 25, diners of 90 NINETY can savor the holiday special for $27.95 per person. The holiday feature includes braised short ribs with mushrooms and red wine reduction and served with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery will serve a delightful meal on Monday, December 25 for $25.99 per person. The traditional holiday fare includes honey pineapple glazed ham with candied yams, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Known for their scrumptious pies, finish off the meal with a slice of apple crumb or pecan pie. In addition to the special, Du-par’s regular menu will also be available.
William B’s Steakhouse

The newly-opened William B’s Steakhouse invites diners to enjoy festive offerings on Monday, December 25. The $85 per person special offers a variety of choices to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. To start, guests can choose between the sweet potato bisque or fresh starter salad with feta cheese, pomegranate seeds, bartlett pears, toasted pecans and a mapper cider vinaigrette. Entrée options include a Creekstone Farms roast prime ribeye or the pan-roasted halibut with wild mushroom risotto. Both entrée options are served with duchess potatoes, bacon Brussels sprouts and rainbow carrots. Ending the meal is a slice of apple cranberry pie or eggnog cheesecake.

Diners looking for hearty meal to ring in the new year can enjoy Bistro 57’s New Year’s Eve special on Sunday, December 31 for $65 per person. To start, guests can choose between the tomato mozzarella caprese martini, a house-made minestrone soup or the Italian tossed salad. The main entrée consists of a charbroiled beef tenderloin filet and butter-poached six-ounce lobster tail alongside parmesan herb roasted potatoes and sauteed green beans. The $90 per person meal includes a fresh starter salad with crisp vegetables, feta cheese, marcona almonds and a honey-tahini dressing. The main entrée includes a succulent grilled 12-ounce ribeye steak, lobster and purple sweet potato tempura, and lemon miso cabbage.
