In addition to captivating live performances, ONE Steakhouse offers delectable weekly menu specials and welcomes guests with a complimentary handcrafted cocktail.
Served from ONE’s custom beverage cart, the featured cocktails include the “Snake Bite,” crafted with Ghost Tequila, Chinola passionfruit liqueur, spicy mango, Fever-Tree ginger beer, and a Tajín rim.
“Lounge Sessions Live” presents performances in the lounge from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.

ONE Steakhouse serves an impressive selection of steaks, including Japanese Satsuma wagyu, and reimagined surf and turf selections. Other signature delights include crispy tiger shrimp with cherry pepper aioli and chili cilantro sauce; baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce, and basil; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach, and currant jus; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.
Located just off the casino floor, ONE Steakhouse welcomes passersby with a sultry lounge presented under the canopy of a beautiful 3,000-light LED chandelier. In addition to an intimate dining room downstairs, ONE offers a striking atrium lounge with windows that open up to the outdoors and a second dining room upstairs.
