Executive Chef William DeMarco brings his talents to preparing steaks to perfection with the cowboy cut steak, a juicy 24-ounce USDA Prime Certified Black Angus bone-in ribeye, available exclusively during NFR.
Guests may pair the steak dinner with a barrel-aged old-fashioned, which is handcrafted with Knob Creek Bourbon, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Cherry Heering and Angostura bitters, priced at $19.
