Featuring an 18-pound dry-aged USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside and served with six sides, such as ONE’s savory lobster mac & cheese made with cavatappi pasta; creamed spinach with poached egg and truffle gouda; forest mushrooms with shaved goat cheese and truffle cream; shoestring fries; street corn; and sweet soy glazed brussels sprouts with roasted sesame.
Priced at $1,600, the mouthwatering Tomahawk Feast will be available throughout race weekend from Friday, Nov. 22 through Sunday, Nov. 24 and requires 72-hours advance notice to order.
Race fans looking for a prime spot for a pit stop just off the track, ONE Steakhouse will offer extended hours on race day, Saturday, Nov. 23. The restaurant’s kitchen will remain open until midnight to feed hungry crews and fans will get the green flag in the bar until 2 a.m.
