Colliers International and Logic Commercial Real Estate Celebrated with a Special Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada Wish Reveal at Cowabunga Bay Waterpark

Colliers International and Logic Real Estate team members partnered with Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada for a momentous wish reveal with 11-year-old, Danny Bueno Peralta, whose wish is to travel to Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels, TX.  

The ceremony began with a special wish proclamation and a day of fun for Danny and his family at the Vegas-based waterpark, before heading to the Texas sister park, for his memorable wish.

Colliers Associate Vice President, Chase Pavlov partnered with his best friend Cooper Powell, a Senior Associate at Logic Commercial Real Estate, to once again raise funds for granting wishes.  They leveraged their personal networks to successfully raise more than $12,000 to sponsor the memorable experience.  Both Pavlov and Powell’s journey with Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada began in 2023, when they first partnered to raise money for wishes like Jackson’s wish to go deep sea fishing in Alaska.

“When we saw the power of what a wish could do for kids like Jackson, we were hooked,” said Powell. Pavlov added, “It truly touched us to see the impact a wish can have on a child battling a critical illness. We knew we had to do it again this year. We are so happy to be here at Cowabunga Bay today to send Danny off on his wish.”

“Wish granting is a team sport, and Chase Pavlov and Cooper Powell are MVPs of Team Danny!,” said Scott Rosenzweig, CEO, Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada.  “Thanks to the generosity of community members like Chase and Cooper, Danny and his family are going to Texas to experience and enjoy a giant water park – Texas style! They say it takes a village to raise a child but it takes the entire community to grant a wish.”
