Writer, producer and actress Issa Rae is bringing the nostalgia of her hit HBO series “Insecure” to cities across the country this fall. Hosted by Rae with “Insecure” showrunner Prentice Penny, the shows will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the TV series.
Promoted by Live Nation, the 13-city tour will headline Palazzo Theatre at The VenetianResort Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip on Friday, Sept. 25, at 10 p.m. Ten years after the first season of “Insecure” premiered, Rae and Penny marked the milestone with the launch of “Blocc Party: An Insecure Podcast.”
Now the duo is bringing the conversation to the stage. Featuring guest appearances by Yvonne Orji, Jay Ellis and Natasha Rothwell, the tour will give fans an intimate celebration of “Insecure’s” lasting cultural impact through candid conversations, untold stories and unforgettable moments from the groundbreaking series.
