La Strega Launches New Quarterly Late-Night Event Series ‘La Strega After Dark’

The inaugural event is Sunday, July 19, from 9-11 p.m., transforming La Strega into an aperitivo-style gathering inspired by Naples’ vibrant late-night pizza culture.

La Strega, the acclaimed Summerlin restaurant from Chef Gina Marinelli, is introducing “La Strega After Dark,” a new quarterly late-night event series designed to bring together chef-driven collaborations, cocktails, music and community in a lively post-service setting.

The inaugural event will take place on Sunday, July 19, from 9-11 p.m., transforming the restaurant into an aperitivo-style gathering inspired by the vibrant late-night pizza culture found throughout Naples. For the first event, Marinelli will partner with Double Zero Pie & Pub’s Pizzaiolo Erica Bell for an evening centered on pizza, hospitality and connection.

Throughout the event, guests will enjoy a lineup of New York-style pizzas alongside grazing bites, charcuterie and beer and wine offerings. Designed as a cocktail-style experience, attendees will be encouraged to move freely throughout La Strega visiting F&B stations while mingling with guests and enjoying music and conversation.

“In Italy, some of the most memorable dining experiences happen late into the evening, when food, drinks and community come together in a relaxed and welcoming environment,” Marinelli said.

“With La Strega After Dark, we’re creating a space for those moments to happen here in Las Vegas while showcasing talented chefs, great food and the spirit of collaboration.”

The series will feature a rotating lineup of collaborations and dining experiences, allowing guests to experience La Strega in a new way while highlighting members of Las Vegas’ vibrant culinary community.

Each event will be designed around a different theme, chef or concept, creating an evolving series that celebrates creativity, hospitality and shared experiences. The event is open to guests ages 21 and older and is priced at $60 per person, inclusive of food and beverages.
