Good Pie, the acclaimed Brooklyn-style pizza concept, celebrates the grand opening of its third Southern Nevada location and debut of a new, elevated quick-service pizza shop at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa on Monday, May 11.

The opening-day celebration in Sumerlin will feature an interactive and festive experience for guests, including free pizza for a year for the first three people in line and raffles for $30 gift cards, a pizza party for 10, exclusive swag and more.

Guests will be among the first to experience the brand’s new concept featuring a state-of-the-art conveyor oven system paired with chef-driven post-oven finishing and the debut of the Red Rock-exclusive “White Pie Remix” pizza with more than seven cheeses and finished with lemon zest, red pepper flakes and olive oil.
