Marking a new chapter for its culinary portfolio, MGM Grand on the Las Vegas Strip is partnering with Four Sixes Ranch and writer, director and producer Taylor Sheridan to debut the steakhouse in early 2027. Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will bring the excellence, spirit and heritage of the celebrated ranch to MGM Grand.

“The arrival of the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of our guest experience, introducing a pillar of American heritage representing the vision of Taylor Sheridan and his brilliant team at Four Sixes.”
Sheridan added, “The Four Sixes Ranch has always stood for an uncompromising standard of craft and tradition, and bringing that ethos to a stage like MGM Grand is a thrilling evolution. Every dish will tell a story of The American West, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone who walks through our doors.”
The 260,000-acre Four Sixes Ranch is a living symbol of The American West celebrated for its cattle, horses and land stewardship. Sheridan, an owner of the ranch, has brought that world to audiences in “Yellowstone,” “1883,” “Landman” and “1923.” The steakhouse represents his passion for the ranch, commitment to the legacy and approach to storytelling in a new expression of Western hospitality.
The culinary program will reflect the approach of an elite boutique steakhouse mixing ranch recipes with prime-grade beef, signature cuts sourced from Four Sixes Ranch, and flavors rooted in Texas. A beverage program will complement the menu with craft cocktails, a wine list and rare spirits.
Guests will enter an environment featuring digital walls of custom footage of landscapes and American West spirit by Sheridan. The dining room will be designed by Charisse Cardenas (“Landman,” “Lioness” and “American Sniper”).
After a two-year run at Wynn Las Vegas, Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will debut a fresh menu and reimagined setting in its new home in the former Crush American Grill.
