Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa has announced the opening of Render Modern Kitchen, a 24/7 contemporary gastropub serving approachable comfort food, global dishes and handcrafted beverages. Render marks the latest milestone in Boyd Gaming’s continuing, property-wide reimagining of the North Las Vegas property.

Designed as a high-energy neighborhood retreat, RMK features an urban, rustic-chic aesthetic with patina brick walls, steel detailing, dark walnut paneling and art inspired by street culture. At the heart of the dining room sits a custom central bar, and there’s a performance stage and oversized flat-panel televisions.

Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight fare daily, Render offers a mix of classic favorites and fresh twists, including the island breakfast with Portuguese sausage or Spam, country fried steak & eggs, farm loco moco, strawberry shortcake French toast and buttermilk pancakes with 100% Vermont maple syrup.

Guests can share appetizers including poke nachos served on crisp wonton chips (pictured in the main photo by Chris Wessling), candied bacon with a maple bourbon dip, Wagyu sliders and hand-stretched 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas and choose from a variety of sandwiches, including the hot honey chicken breast on a warm potato bun.

For lunch and dinner, Render offers hearty plates such as roasted prime rib, Cajun pasta, Scottish salmon and beef short ribs alongside sweet treats including banana pudding and seasonal fruit cobbler topped with Lappert’s vanilla ice cream.

The beverage program features specialty cocktails including the blackberry bourbon smash, smoked old fashioned and the desert loom with prickly pear and mezcal, in addition to dessert drinks including the espresso martini. Render has a zero-proof menu showcasing premium alcohol-free botanical and citrus infusions.

RMK is open 24 hours a day seven days a week at Aliante at 7300 N. Aliante Parkway. The launch of RMK is the latest addition to Boyd Gaming’s comprehensive transformation plan for Aliante aimed at delivering a modernized, premier resort experience for Southern Nevada residents.

Earlier this year, Aliante unveiled its transformed Race & Sportsbook featuring a high-energy layout anchored by a 30-foot video wall capable of displaying as many as 30 games simultaneously, plush booth and lounge seating, on-site betting kiosks and upcoming VIP booth reservations via OpenTable.

Aliante also introduced Trattoria 57, Italian dining featuring house-made favorites, wines by the glass and signature dishes including chicken piccata, pastas, meatballs and smothered Sicilian steak. Named in honor of the 57th Wing at Nellis Air Force Base, Trattoria 57 pairs its signature menu with rotating specials.

Guests can look forward to further resort enhancements on the horizon, including upgrades to the property’s movie theater complex to introduce the Regal Premium Experience theater alongside additional casino floor and beverage and resort amenity updates to redefine the North Las Vegas entertainment landscape.
