Wynn Las Vegas and Chef’s Table have announced an expanded lineup for Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table from Sept. 18-20, adding Massimo Bottura of three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy), Chutatip “Nok” Suntaranon of James Beard Award-winning Kalaya (Philadelphia) and Mason Royal of Max and Helen’s (Los Angeles) to the roster.
With these additions, Wynn Revelry’s participating talent collectively represents more than 30 James Beard Award honors, 30 Michelin stars and 12 World’s 50 Best awards.
Bottura’s Osteria Francescana has twice been named No. 1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants List, while Suntaranon was named North America’s Best Female Chef in 2025. Kalaya also won the 2026 James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant and ranked No. 11 on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

The Icons Buffet, which kicks off the festival on Friday, Sept. 18, welcomes Suntaranon alongside actor and Brother’s Bond Bourbon co-founder Ian Somerhalder; and “Chef’s Table: Legends” star Thomas Keller of the three-Michelin-starred The French Laundry (Yountville, Calif.).
Also: James Beard Award winners Susan Bae of Moon Rabbit (Washington, D.C.), a 2025 and 2026 recipient of North America’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Nina Compton (Compère Lapin, New Orleans), Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster, New York and Miami), Alfred Portale (Zero Bond and Sartiano’s, New York and Wynn Las Vegas) and Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa, Wynn Las Vegas).
Tam Kwok Fung of the two-Michelin-starred Chef Tam’s Seasons (Wynn Macau); Dinara Kasko, the Ukrainian architect-turned-pastry chef known for creating geometric desserts through 3D modeling and printing; Michael White, the chef and restaurateur behind Santi (New York).
And founding chef of Marea (New York), which earned two Michelin stars under his leadership; Doug Psaltis of Asador Bastian (Chicago) – selected for The New York Times’ 2024 Restaurant List; and pizzaiolo Mark Iacono of Lucali (Brooklyn, New York, and Miami).
Newly unveiled Revelry Revealed: Chef’s Table Experiences are a series of intimate masterclasses and sessions that offer guests behind-the-scenes access to chefs and talent. Highlights include:

- Trompe l’Oeil Pastry With Dinara Kasko and Flora Aghababyan: 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Wynn’s Pastry Kitchen
- Learn how Ukrainian pastry chef and former architect Dinara Kasko uses 3D-printed silicone molds to create her visually striking pastry art with trompe l’oeil, a pastry technique that makes food look like another object or material.
- Secrets of Senegal’s Ataya Tea Ceremony With Serigne Mbaye: 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Aft Cocktail Deck
- Experience one of West Africa’s most distinctive social rituals, where the intentional pace encourages conversation and community. Mbaye is the chef and co-owner of Dakar NOLA (New Orleans), as well as the recipient of the 2024 James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant and Best Chef: South in 2026. Dakar NOLA was named No. 4 on the North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list and received the honor of Best Restaurant in the South.
- Botanical Brunch Cocktails With Christina Veira: 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Wynn’s Floral Studio
- Cinematic décor and an inventive cocktail program helped earn Toronto’s Bar Mordecai the No. 37 ranking on North America’s 2025 50 Best Bars list. Co-proprietor Christina Veira invites guests inside Wynn’s floral studio for a mixology demonstration and tasting of botanical-inspired cocktails perfect for brunch.
- California Soul: Cooking Demonstration and Tasting With Keith Corbin: 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Delilah
- Two-time James Beard Award nominee Keith Corbin, executive chef and co-owner of Alta Adams (Los Angeles), hosts a live cooking demonstration and tasting inspired by his bestselling memoir “California Soul: An American Epic of Cooking and Survival.” Co-hosted by Delilah Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman, the experience takes place at Delilah’s private chef’s table.
- Mediterranean Mezze at Home With Sara Aqel: 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Pisces
- Named the 2026 Middle East and North Africa’s Best Female Chef as part of Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants, Sara Aqel of Dara Dining by Sara Aqel (Amman, Jordan) hosts a cooking demonstration and tasting exploring the region’s mezze dishes. The experience celebrates the simple but powerful idea that cuisine preserves memories.
- Bucket List Pizzas With Jacob Serebnick: 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse
- An alumnus of New York’s three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, Jacob Serebnick is the co-founder and pizzaiolo behind Ceres (New York), a pizzeria known for carefully sourced, artisanal pizzas that regularly sell out. This cooking demonstration and tasting will feature original pizzas Serebnick has always wanted to create.
- Confectionary Magic With Camila Fiol and Jennifer Yee: 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Wynn’s Pastry Kitchen
- Named Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef in 2024 by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, Camila Fiol is the founder of Dulcería Fiol (Santiago, Chile). Her artisanal confections transform native Chilean ingredients into sweets inspired by the country’s flavors and traditions. During the interactive demonstration, co-hosted by Wynn’s Executive Pastry Chef Jen Yee, guests will learn foundational candy and confection-making techniques.
- The Street Foods of Quito With Alejandro Chamorro: 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Encore Pool
- Alejandro Chamorro, chef and co-owner of Nuema (Quito, Ecuador), invites guests to a cooking demonstration and tasting inspired by the irresistible street foods of Quito. Nuema was named No. 10 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list.
- Sea, Soil & Fire: A Culinary Collaboration With Rodolfo Guzmán and Sarah Thompson: 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Casa Playa
- Widely recognized for redefining Chilean cuisine, Rodolfo Guzmán is the chef-owner of Boragó (Santiago, Chile), which ranked No. 23 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2025. He joins Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa, Wynn Las Vegas), 2026 recipient of the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest, for a cooking demonstration and tasting.
- The Art of the Perfect Steak With Doug Psaltis: 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Wynn Golf Club
- Join Doug Psaltis for a live-fire cooking demonstration and tasting focused on the art of preparing steak. Psaltis is the chef and co-owner of Asador Bastian (Chicago), a Basque-inspired steakhouse named one of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in 2023 and included in The New York Times’ list of the 50 best restaurants in America in 2024.

The expanded program joins a weekend of signature events, including The Feast and Chef + Celebrity Cook-Off on Saturday, Sept. 19; Club Gourmet at Encore Beach Club; and the Grand Revelry Brunch at Mizumi on Sunday, Sept. 20. The weekend concludes at Delilah with the inaugural Chef’s Table Honors, an invite-only celebration recognizing the industry’s most influential and visionary figures.
