One Steakhouse, conceived by restauranteur brothers, Michael and David Morton, is officially open at the newly-evolved Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton.
Replacing the brothers’ first joint venture, MB Steak, the 9,000-square-foot steakhouse offers a stylish, new design, capturing the vibrancy and excitement of the casino with an open, expanded bar lounge, intimate dining room and separate, spacious social setting on the upper level.
Crafted by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, the sleek menu offers Japanese Wagyu, reimagined surf and turf pairings and citrus-cured Hamachi, among additional modern cuisine, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

One Steakhouse is the second collaboration for brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton, the owner of top Vegas restaurants such as La Cave at Wynn and CRUSH at MGM, and the co-founder of N9NE Steakhouse – arguably the top place to see and be scene in Vegas for over a decade; and David Morton, whose portfolio of restaurants includes Ada St., Hayden Hall and The Arch in Chicago. The brothers are third generation restaurateurs following in the footsteps of their legendary father, Arnie Morton, and grandfather, Morton C. Morton.
