Celebrate Father’s Day with a decadent dinner for Dad at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, available exclusively from 4 to 10 p.m. on Sunday, June 18.
To make Dad’s special day memorable, Bottiglia’s executive chef, Alessandro Capuano, will prepare flavorful and sophisticated dishes.
Dinner selections include the antipasti salad, featuring mortadella, salami, fontina cheese, olives, peppers, artichokes, garbanzo beans over a bed of romaine lettuce and dressed with an olive vinaigrette, priced at $16; steak tartare with mushrooms, radishes and crispy garlic, topped with truffle aioli and served with parmesan crostini, priced at $25; and New York steak, served with polenta and Italian cabbage, priced at $49.
Bottiglia’s signature cocktails pair well with any guest’s meal, including the Speziata, crafted with Don Julio tequila, cucumber essence, jalapeño, lime and cilantro, priced at $16; the Boulevardier, made with Woodinville whiskey, Campari and Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth, priced at $16; or make Father’s Day stand out with a craft beer like the Goose Island IPA or Firestone Walker by 805 Brewing Company.
Bottiglia’s regular menu will also be available throughout the day.
