Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will “root, root, root” for Las Vegas’ home team all baseball season long with the “Goose Is Loose” margarita, available now.
In addition, the popular Mexican restaurant is offering a special discount to home game attendees.
For the 2023 season, guests can order the “Goose Is Loose” margarita, which is handcrafted with Campo Azul tequila, mango purée, Pancho’s house-made sweet and sour mix, and rimmed with salt or Tajín. Margarita lovers may upgrade or customize their margarita from Pancho’s selection of more than 40 types of tequila.
In addition, guests can “steal a base” by receiving a 10% discount on their entire bill when dining with a same-day ticket to a home game for Vegas’ hometown baseball team.
The “Goose Is Loose” can make any game day experience a grand slam when paired with one of Pancho’s signature dishes, including Pancho’s nachos, featuring crispy, corn tostaditas that are layered with beans, a blend of cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole and choice of meat, such as chicken, beef or steak; or the tacos de pescado, two fresh flour tortillas filled with grilled and flaky Mahi-Mahi or Wahoo and topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream.
