Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will spice up Valentine’s Day with the “Sizzle and Sip” fajitas and margarita for two, on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Couples can order Pancho’s signature “Rajitas,” marinated strips of flat iron steak presented in a fiery cast iron skillet with sauteed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes priced at $25.95; chicken breast, priced at $24.95; or succulent shrimp, priced at $27.95.
Each is served with Mexican-style rice and beans and hot tortillas.
Guests may also order a combination of proteins for an additional charge per extra item.
To complement the sizzle of the “Rajitas,” guests can sip and share the “Incredible” margarita, a 42-ounce cocktail served in an oversized margarita glass with a choice of salt or Tajin rim.
Made with Campo Azul tequila, house-made lemon-lime mix and triple-sec, the shareable cocktail is priced at $28.
A romantic dinner for two would not be complete without a sweet ending.
Pancho’s offers a variety of house-made desserts including the Mexican brownie, a decadent, fudge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and smothered in a house-made brandy butter sauce; or the sopapillas, crispy pastries dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce served with vanilla ice cream, both priced at $9.95.
