Ada’s Wine Bar is hosting a special three-course meal in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
The dinner will feature three courses from Chef de Cuisine Jackson Stamper and Sous Chef Mick Skarda complementing wines hand-selected by Ada’s Lead Sommelier Kat Thomas.
Tickets are priced at $70 per person for dinner only, plus $65 for the wine pairing, plus taxes, fees and gratuity. The regular menu will also be available al la carte. Tickets must be purchased in advance at adaslv.com.
The special menu includes:
Amuse and Sparkling Toast
First Course – Amberjack Crudo with mussels escabeche, cava felée, and blood orange
OR Ensalada Radicchio with crispy garbanzo, beets, blood orange, Manchego, and Piquillo pepper vinaigrette.
Second Course – Sangria-Braised Short Rib with sherry-braised mushrooms, and parsnip purée OR Saffron Pappardelle with roasted garlic, Aleppo chile, and golden beets.
Third Course – Chef Lezlee’s Loving Creation
