To honor those on active duty and retired military personnel, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, is offering a 10% discount on food and beverages all day on Friday, Nov. 11.
All veterans and active-duty service members who show a valid military ID will receive a discount on their food bill throughout the day.
Guests may enjoy a discount on signature menu items including the birria Chef Ramón, named for Pancho’s original chef of over 40 years, a traditional Mexican dish made with cuts of beef marinated with special herbs and guajillo chiles, oven-roasted and served in its own juice accompanied with onions, cilantro, limes and a special traditional sauce, served with Mexican style rice and frijoles de la olla and hot tortillas.
Or, the steak picado made with tender pieces of flat iron steak sautéed with green peppers, onions and tomatoes, seasoned with Chef Ramón’s special herbs and spices and smothered in melted cheeses.
