On January 27, 2007, Oscar Farinetti opened the first Eataly location in a once-abandoned vermouth factory in Torino, Italy. Over a decade later, there are 40 locations across the world. Dry Age Day – 50% Select Cuts
Eataly Las Vegas will conclude its anniversary sale with a Dry Age Day on February 5. Starting at 10am La Macelleria, the butcher counter with kitchen, will offer 50% off select Creekstone Farms dry-aged cuts while supplies last. Limited to three cuts each per transaction, customers can purchase the following:
