Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM is introducing “Gelato alla Grande,” a special experience featuring fresh, all-natural gelato handmade using traditional Italian techniques and ingredients perfected over centuries. Available now through September, Eataly invites guests to enjoy authentic, creamy Italian gelato, celebrating the warmer weather without needing to travel to Italy.
“Gelato alla Grande” showcases a variety of gelato and sorbetto creations, enhanced with espresso and premium ingredients imported from Italy. Guests can create their own Affogato or Coppa by choosing from house-made gelato or sorbetto, syrups, and toppings such as chocolate chips, pistachios, pirouette cookies, walnuts, orange peels, Amarena cherries, and more.

COPPA – Shareable Italian-style sundaes. Highlights include:
ANTICO: One scoop each of Fior di Latte, Vaniglia, Cioccolato, Caramello, and Nocciola Gelato, topped with pistachios, pirouette biscotti, and chocolate drizzle.
FRAGOLA: One scoop each of Vaniglia, Fior di Latte, and Mascarpone Gelato, with sliced strawberries, whipped cream, pistachios, and crushed cone.
GIANDUJA: One scoop each of Cioccolato, Gianduja, and Stracciatella Gelato, with whipped cream, Amarena sauce, blueberries, and walnuts.
AFFOGATO – Gelato and sorbetto topped with espresso and liqueur. Highlights include:
TIRAMISÙ: One scoop each of Cioccolato and Caramello Gelato, classic tiramisù, Lavazza espresso, whipped cream, cocoa powder, and pirouette biscotti.
SUPREMO: One scoop each of Fior di Latte and Cioccolato Gelato, Lavazza espresso, whipped cream, pistachios, and chocolate drizzle.
CIOCCOLATO: Two scoops of Vaniglia, Lavazza espresso, mocha mix, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and coconut biscotto.
Eataly Las Vegas is located inside Park MGM and can be accessed through the casino floor or from Las Vegas Boulevard. The venue is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
