Patio season kicks off with a week of ‘mighty fine’ activations
Fine Company, Chef Roy Ellamar’s new neighborhood restaurant in Downtown Summerlin®, is revamping its Fine Time menu and launching it on the patio with a week of mighty fine activations starting March 13.
Fine Time is Fine Company’s take on happy hour and is offered daily from 2-5 p.m. The new Fine Time menu will feature delectable bites and libations all under $9. The new $9 dishes on the menu include:
- Spicy salmon tartare with Sriracha aioli, brioche toast and dill buttermilk
- Pastrami melt egg rolls with wagyu pastrami, emmental cheese and kimchi aioli
- Smash burger made with a double patty, grilled onion, special sauce, new school American cheese and pickles
- Truffle garlic fries with black truffle, olive oil and housemade QP mayo
General Manager Jamie Greco and the talented Fine Company team have whipped up some new beverage offerings that are perfect for spring, including:
- Something Refreshing made with Tito’s vodka, Aperol, Campari and ginger ($9)
- Pandan Bear made with pandan-infused Koloa white rum, lemon cordial, green spirulina and coconut water ($9)
- Notorious Pink Sparking Rosé ($9)
- CraftHaus Silver State blonde ale ($4.50)
- Happy Dad wild cherry seltzer ($4.50)
Fine Company will celebrate its first patio season and its six-month anniversary with a week-long of “mighty fine” activations highlighting a different menu item each day. From March 13-17, Fine Company will have a different partner on-site handing out giveaways and pouring samples. The schedule is as follows:
- March 13 – Aperol will have a cart on the patio offering samples
- March 14 – CraftHaus will be pouring samples
- March 15 – Notorious Wines will be pouring Victorious Pink Sparkling Rose from 3L magnums
- March 16 – Happy Dad Seltzers will pour samples and guests will be able to play cornhole on the patio while enjoying their meal
- March 17 – It’s Aloha Sunday at Fine Company with Koloa Rum
