Dining destination at Green Valley Ranch to celebrate New Year’s Eve with four-course meal and live music
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson, will welcome the New Year with a lavish four-course meal and live music on Friday, Dec. 31.
The New Year’s Eve meal, priced at $75 per person, includes pancetta and pea arancini; crab bisque or bartlett pear salad; pepper crusted ribeye steak, frutti di mare or pan seared scallops; Italian sabayon for dessert; and add-ons including lobster tail oreganata, priced at $19; king crab Oscar, priced at $17; and truffle compound butter, priced at $7. The regular menu will also be available. Live music will be played throughout the night starting at 7 p.m.
Bottiglia will be open 5 p.m. – midnight on New Year’s Eve. Reservations are encouraged and can be made on the website here or by calling (702) 617-7191.
