From brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton and David Morton, ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will present tabletop surf and turf pairings by Executive Chef Patrick Munster to ring in the New Year.
Reservations are available now starting at 5 p.m., making ONE Steakhouse the go-to spot to dine before seeing Lizzo, the Grammy-award winning artist, take the stage at The Theater inside the resort on Dec. 31.
ONE Steakhouse offers three reimagined surf and turf selections with tabletop presentations, including Snake River Farm Wagyu Strip with rich, sweet Alaskan King Crab Legs; 8-ounce Filet Mignon with succulent Maine Lobster Tail; and New York Strip with grilled Tiger Shrimp. Certified sommelier and wine director, Anthony Ramirez, recommends toasting the New Year with Taittinger Le Brancaise Brut, notable for its open and expressive aromas of brioche, peach and white flowers.
ONE Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available, including its signature shellfish tower; Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; baked short rib rigatoni, made with whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper purée and jalapeño. Munster’s signature “Tomahawk Feast,” a dry-aged, 16-lb USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside, will also be available for larger groups of 10-12 people.
ONE Steakhouse is open daily at 5 p.m. and can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue. Reservations may be made by calling 702-522-8111 or visiting www.onesteakhouselv.com.
